Located in Acton MA, Total HR Solutions is an HR Outsourcing Company built of Service Professionals dedicated to serving a network community of small to mid-sized businesses to help overcome the administrative burden of HR with the use of cost-effective solutions. Our team is driven and committed to helping businesses obtain their goals by building customizable HR programs that best fits their needs to create and maintain a supportive work environment of innovative change. We pride ourselves in the leadership and guidance we provide to managers and their teams in development, implementation and administration of policies and procedures with the use of our training, resources, services and subscriptions.



Meet Our HR Professionals:
Julie Carroll

Director of HR & Business Development

With over 20 years of experience in diverse business environments, Julie Carroll joined Total HR Solutions in January 2015 shortly after it was acquired from a previous owner. She has taken on the position of Director of HR & Business Development and has since then managed, trained & developed a dedicated team of HR professionals. Prior to working at Total HR Solutions, Julie worked as a Director of Operations & Human Resources Manager for a local Investment Company for over 13 years as well as a Director of Client & HR Business Development at a local HR company for 3. In addition to her HR history, Julie also has gained knowledge & expertise in Small Business Operations as she had once owned, managed & ran her own candy store in Acton, MA.


Julie specializes in HR implementation, Small Business Operations, Employer & Employee Regulations, Compliance and more. Julie is a certified member with SHRM, Society For Human Resource Management and obtains a portfolio of successful achievements in risk management, employee relations, training and development and small business operations management.

Paola Prada

Human Resources Coordinator

Paola Prada joined the Total HR Solutions team with her strong knowledge of Human Resources in September 2014. Prior to working at Total HR Solutions, Paola worked at Remington University as an Administrative Assistant and has experience in Small Business Operations as she has worked as an Assistant Manager in a small retail store in Colombia.


Paola is bilingual and speaks Advanced Spanish. Paola graduated with a M.B.A. from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University with a Human Resources concentration and specializes in Recruitment, FMLA, Employee Conflict Resolution, Employee Benefits, Federal Labor Policy & Regulations, and is experienced in making recommendations in the context of protecting and maintaining confidential records.

India Dittemore

Human Resource Administrator

India Dittemore joined the Total HR Solutions team as a part time HR Administrator in November, 2016.

Her education includes a degree in Psychology from George Mason University, a Human Resource Management Certificate from Cornell and she is a certified Mediator.

India has worked in a variety of industries in the past including recruiting, mediation, real estate and software analysis. Her strengths lie in her ability to connect with people, as well as her strong analytical and organizational skills.


Lindsey Lemay

Human Resource Consultant

A recent graduate from Fitchburg State University, Lindsey Lemay joined the Total HR Solutions team full-time as of January 1st, 2016. Prior, Lindsey had split roles between Total HR Solutions and sister company Mass Advantage Payroll where she dedicated her time as a Payroll Specialist, Marketing for both Companies, Benefits Administration, and ACA (serving as the main contact for both locations). She currently continues to serve on the Total HR Solutions team handling Benefits Administration, HR, ACA and other projects.


Lindsey graduated from Fitchburg State University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. She is on the road to gaining her Master’s in Business, concentration in HR Management to grow her knowledge in the HR realm. Apart from being a student, Lindsey has several years of experience in the Food & Beverage Industry and has served as a Sales Administrator in a previous company in Lincoln, MA.
